About the Product

- What are wall decals made up of?

Wall decals are made from an ultra-thin, self-adhesive matte vinyl film which blends very well with the walls and other smooth surfaces.

- Can I use the decals on any flat surfaces?

Yes, you can use our decals on any flat surface if its smooth. E.g. Smoot or texture walls, glass doors, smooth wooden surface etc. However wall decals won’t be applicable on concrete walls or rough surfaces.

-Can I use wall decals in my bathroom?

Yes you can, but using it right on the side of the walls of shower is not recommended.

-What is the durability of the product?

Wall decals are perfect for temporary applications but will last for years with proper care. Indoors, wall decals will easily last for up to 4 years. They should be applied away from direct heat and sunlight as heat can release the adhesive and cause the decals to peel off.

-How do I remove or change the decals?

To clean, just gently wipe with a damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals or cleaning agents. Outdoors, Wall Decals will last 2 to 3 years.

About the shipping and return

-When will I receive my order?

You will receive your purchase order within 2-4 working days following the date of your purchase order.

-What are the options for payment mode?

You can pay via Credit or Debit card or via Cash on Delivery – COD (Rs 80 is charged extra for COD)

-What if am not at home? Where will the product be delivered?

Our shipping company will contact you before they reach your home by contacting on the number provided by you in the details. In case of delay in receiving a decal you may contact us to make a reference of a representative receiver or whom to deliver.

-Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not ship internationally.

-How to check status of my purchase order?

To track your order please log into your account. You can use our trackable services to check the status of your order. An email will be sent to you containing the docket number and details of your purchase which will be easily trackable.

-How will I get notified about the purchases made?

We will send you an email immediately with the details about the purchase you’ve made on doDecals.

-How can I return or cancel an order?

You need to login to your account and cancel your order (before the delivery of the product) by filling in the details asked for. Standard Processing orders may be canceled within 72 hours.

-Is there any option to cancel only one of my purchase orders?

Yes, you can by logging into your account and and selecting the decals you want to cancel. Do not log until the process is complete.

-Is there any minimum order to be placed for home delivery?

No, its free of cost even for a single wall decal.

-I am not satisfied with the product, how do I return it?

Though chances for these are less to happen, but in such a case you may send your decals back via any shipping method you prefer within 15 days of the delivery of the product, however doDecals will not be responsible for packages that are lost in transit, and we encourage you to use a trackable and insured shipping method, such as Blue Dart, First Flight or DTDC. For more details about it you may refer to our Return Policy.

-Is the payment made online safe and secured?

Absolutely, you are in safe hands. We do not rent or sell details of your account. doDecals is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers’ personal data.

Relax, when you make an order we collect your name, address, email address and telephone number exclusively to communicate with you about your order.

-Do you have shipping charges?

No, we don’t have shipping charges. It’s absolutely free of cost.

-Is there any hidden cost or taxes?

There are NO hidden taxes or cost except for the extra payments to be made if you choose COD (Cash On Delivery) mode of payment which is chargeable at Rs. 80.

-Can I make a payment in cash?

Of course you can pay cash after the delivery of the product at your doorstep.

-Can I bargain if I place an order in bulk?

You will automatically be benefitted with a maximum of 20% discount which varies when the order is for 20 or more decals.
